As a Hummingbird Market sponsor, your business will be included in our social posts, Facebook events, flyers, signage, and more depending on which package you choose. We currently have a combined social following of almost 5k and it's increasing rapidly each day. You'll also have the option to setup a booth or activity at our market free of charge to promote your business.

Your support as a Hummingbird Market sponsor will go directly to helping our vendors succeed. Our artists work extra hard when preparing for our markets and we want to ensure the most successful market possible. More traffic for them means more support and traffic for your business as well. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Sponsors provide a much needed financial and community outreach boost to our events, allowing for a better vendor experience and a less stressful day for the organizers. Sponsors allow us to have a bigger budget for our marketing campaigns to ensure the best customer turn out for our vendors (and for your business as well!). 


We are open to working with businesses of all kinds, but we prefer working with local companies within the NC triangle. We also prefer working with businesses that align with our values of artists-first, diversity and inclusion, community enrichment, and vendor success. Yes! We are happy to customize your sponsorship package based on what makes sense for your business and is within the means of your selected package tier. 


Previous Sponsors

Hummingbird Market Sponsorship Packages

Tier 1: $250

The Tier 1 package is perfect for new or existing businesses looking to expand their reach within the community. Ideal for our smaller 4 hour markets. This package includes:

 

  • A free 10x10 booth space near the entrance of the event (you provide your own tent, tables, chairs, etc.) 
  • Mention of your business as a sponsor on a pinned social media post on Instagram and Facebook. (includes logo 5% space).
  • Your business name on flyers and main imagery on Facebook events taking up roughly 5% space
  • Logo included on yard signs and banners that will be placed around the market footprint. 
  • Optional: If you don't wish to have a booth at our market, we can include any promotion or coupon of your choice to be handed out to customers throughout the market. 

Tier 2: $500

The Tier 2 package is ideal for existing businesses looking to expand their community outreach and possibly network with our vendors and event hosts for future collaborations. Ideal for smaller 4 hour markets or larger 6 hour markets. This package includes:

 

  • A free 10x10 booth space near the entrance of the market with a 10x10 tent provided if needed (tables and chairs not included). 
  • Mention of your business as a sponsor on 2-3 social media posts on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Your business name on flyers and main imagery on Facebook events taking up roughly 8% space.
  • Mention of sponsor’s business in emailed newsletter promoting the market. 
  • Option to collaborate on a promotional social media post that the sponsor wishes to do for the event (ex: giveaway, raffle, special deals or promos for the market). 
  • A dedicated spotlight post on Instagram and Facebook about your business and what you offer. 

Tier 3: $800

The Tier 3 package is ideal for larger existing businesses looking to enhance their community outreach, collaborate with our vendors and hosts, and have a much bigger footprint within our market and advertising campaigns. Ideal for our larger 6 hour markets and holiday season events. This package includes:

 

  • A free 10x10 booth setup near the entrance of the market (comes with one tent already set up, and two 6 ft. tables)
  • Mention of your business as a sponsor on 3-5 social media posts on Instagram and Facebook.
  • Your business name on flyers and main imagery on Facebook events taking up roughly 12-15% space.
  • Full page of sponsor’s business backstory and/or promos business wishes to push in emailed newsletter promoting the market. 
  • A dedicated post about your business and what you offer.
  • A dedicated 60-90 second video about your business and what you have to offer.
  • Mention as a sponsor and tag of your account on all posts with ad budget towards them (typically can be between $1,200- $3,500 PPC with up to 300K interactions that have potential to learn more about your business)
